What lease terms do you offer?

12 month

Is the community pet-friendly?

Yes. One-time fee of $350 per animal, $25 per pet per month. Two pets welcome per apartment home. The following breed restrictions apply: Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier – Chow – Spitz – Akita. 45 pound weight limit. Any pet over 35 pounds must reside on the first floor.

Are utilities included in the rent?

Yes – all

Is parking included?

Yes or – reserved parking available for $50 / month

Are the apartments furnished?

No – rental furniture can be available for a monthly premium.
